There are many types of Morels (Morchella sp.) and they are all delicious fried in butter! Their unique flavor is prized by cooks worldwide, with recipes and preparation methods designed to highlight and preserve it. As with most edible fungi, they are best when collected or bought fresh. Little John harvests Morels in May and will contact you when he has your order filled. These mushrooms are sold in one pound increments. Local pick up only.
